RETURN POLICY

Returns are gladly accepted as long has the item has not been opened or used.

Send us an email us at orders@musicalsaws.com and include your order number. We will issue a credit to your account within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping.

Processing & Tracking

Orders ship within 2–4 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once shipped.

Delivery Confirmation


Once a package is marked Delivered by USPS (or the selected carrier), responsibility transfers to the recipient.


Mussehl & Westphal is not liable for:

  • Packages marked Delivered but not found

  • Theft after delivery

  • Misdelivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package shows as Delivered but is missing, please check with neighbors/household members, your mailbox area, building office, and your local post office, then submit a USPS Missing Mail Search. We can assist in opening a USPS case, but we cannot replace or refund delivered packages.

Lost in Transit (Before Delivery Scan)


If USPS cannot locate a package before it shows as delivered, we will assist with a claim and provide a refund or replacement once USPS confirms non-delivery.

Damaged Orders


If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can help with a replacement or claim.

Incorrect Addresses


Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
